A morning of fun and entertainment for the whole family. For the Cable Car Pull teams of four compete against each other to see who can pull a cable car the fastest over a distance of 200 feet. Teams will be cheered on by a crowd of supporters, along with wish kids and their families. If that isnâ??t enough â?? there will be live music, a raffle and refreshments, overlooking the most picturesque spot in San Francisco - Aquatic Park. Please plan on being part of this brand new event. Form a team for the Cable Car Pull and challenge a competitor, family members or maybe even that department down the hall! Highlights: Cops & Coffee: The San Francisco Police Department will assist your server with your breakfast or lunch service at Scoma's Restaurant and the Buena Vista Cafe. All tips go to Make-A-Wish! Plunge in the Bay: Courageous participants will plunge into the frigid San Francisco Bay to raise money for Make-A-Wish. Each plunger raises a minimum of $100. Cable Car Pull: Anyone can participate! Teams of four challenge other local teams to pull a motorized cable car faster than they can on the streets of Fishermanâ??s Wharf. Trophies and prizes awarded for fastest teams and best fundraisers.
